the bench is made from solid mahogany timber all throughout its 2 meter wingspan, each leg is hand sculpted from 12 layers of laminated blocks to achieve uniform grain direction and minimize wood waste during the curving proses. the back rest is connected to the bench structure in a way that allows the negative space between them to take center stage while not compromising on the sturdiness of the joint.
